Originating from Bacchus Marsh, Steph graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2014 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. After working in general mixed practice for 2.5 years, she joined the team in Jerilderie in August 2017. In May 2019 Steph welcomed her son Dustin into the world. Steph brings him in on her days off as our "therapy baby" for when weare having tough days!
She is thoroughly enjoying the mixed bag of cases that come through the door every day, and has special interests in small animal internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
While not at work, Steph now spends her time as mum to "Dusty" and shares her home with a 3-legged Kelpie X, Golden Retriever, her adopted cat "Luna" and a silkie hen.

Alecia started at the Jerilderie Veterinary clinic in 2001 with her beloved blue heeler "Zena" after working on thoroughbred breeding studs in NSW, VIC & NZ. She quickly fell in love with the job and area, purchased herself a house and called Jerilderie home. She met her husband here and now has 2 beautiful girls "Zara" & "Stella" and has continued adding to her family of pets with 1GSP, 2 Quarter Horses, 2 guinea pigs and a cat.

Des graduated from Sydney University with Honors in 1978. In 1979 he worked at the Sydney University Rural Veterinary Centre completing an internship involving working and supervising students in small animal medicine & surgery, farm animal medicine & surgery and equine medicine & surgery. Des arrived in Jerilderie in February 1982 to begin a mixed animal Veterinary Practice.
In 1993, Des undertook further study by doing his Australian Veterinary College Membership exams in Equine Medicine.
Des has a huge wealth of practical knowledge in all domesticated animals in this area and is only too happy to examine them and consult with you about your animals health.
Des is also known locally for his huge love of football and has been involved in the local football club since 1983 and can still be seen on occassion umpiring for the reserves!
